Our Program

One method.
Three ways in.

Board30 fuses resistance bands and movement techniques into a low-impact, high-intensity system that recruits more muscle groups than traditional strength work. Come to a class or train one-on-one — whichever door you pick, the whole body gets the workout.

Class 02

Board30 Circuit

HIIT the board — then hit the floor.

A step up in intensity: you'll use the Board30FC bands and apply off-the-board moves as you rotate through the room. Plyometrics, ropes, sand bags, sprints, and body-weight exercises are all added to increase difficulty. Modify any move to your level. Recommended: take a Board30 HIIT class first, and wear a supportive shoe.

  • Bands + floor work + plyo
  • Sand bags, ropes, sprints
  • For members who want more

Board30 Instructor · C.P.T.

Body awareness has been part of Cecilia's life since childhood — dance through high school, then college cheer and a dance company in Los Angeles. A Certified Personal Trainer since 1998 and dance fitness instructor since 2008, she loves how Board30 reaches the deeper, smaller muscles: stability and balance in one set of muscles while others drive the movement.

Good questions

Before your first class

I've never used resistance bands before — is Board30 right for me?
Yes. Board30 is designed to meet you at your fitness level. The bands provide constant tension that's easier on your joints than heavy weights, and every move can be modified up or down. Come to a Board30 HIIT class first — it's the best starting point.
How long is a class?
The signature Board30 HIIT class is 45 minutes on the board. Circuit adds off-board movement and typically runs a little longer. Personal training sessions are scheduled to your goals.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just workout clothes and water. For Board30 Circuit, we recommend a supportive shoe — you'll be moving off the board and around the studio.
How is this different from a regular strength class?
The bands recruit more muscle groups — big and small — than traditional weight training. You get strength, cardio, and balance work in one 45-minute session, without the joint impact of heavier lifts.
